Leadership is weird. Always changing things. Alot of favoritism

Honestly there isn't much more to say above and beyond what other past employees have stated. Employees are worked to the bone then kicked to the curb. The work expectations are unrealistic and if you do not meet them then you instantly become an enemy of the organization and booted. The culture presented feels more like a bait and switch, than actually being conducive to the long term reality. Be very wary, and make sure you have little to no personal obligations since you are going to be expected to perform at 100% perpetually. To further state what other have claimed (and what is typical in our work force) HR is not on your side in the slightest, do not trick yourself into thinking otherwise. Finally, take everything stated during the interview process with a huge grain of salt. There are definitely stretched truths and empty verbal promises that are used to bring employees in.
