Pros

- Everyone has a “got your back” attitude, especially Tele team lead and HR. - Your thoughts, ideas, concerns, anything will be truly heard and addressed. - Unlimited amount of support from everyone. - Weekend and night shift differential. - the company has only gotten larger and has exciting new things always around the next corner. - A CEO that you actually see and know on a more personal level. He will take the time to sit with you always. - The company wants to see you grow and help you to get to where you want to be.

Cons

- Only con I have would be that the base pay is the base pay across the board. You don’t get a higher pay for being certified. This could probably be negotiated.

Pros

Great potential for career opportunities Supportive Management Inclusive Environment Positive and upbeat work culture

Cons

No cons on behalf of the company. There is outside stress, we deal in healthcare and there will be stresses as we aim for the best possible care for our patients. Thankfully MCI offers EAP services for free to help alleviate that stress and create a healthy work/life balance.
