More company-wide meetings. Seem to always be short one or two people with industry knowledge since company only hires people with legal work status. Groups tend to stay separated by function, but it is getting better now that we have a weekly company-wide meeting.
The pay was good and always came on time no problem. Worked the occasional saturday for 6 hours. Most people are friendly.

It's a little disorganized. They have trouble finding molds all the time. Some employees like to spread rumors about things like someone getting fired or something from time to time. Bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation.
