You will have no success at MCG.

Pros

I gained nothing from working there.

Cons

There is no true management team; this office is run by a dictator that doesn't care about anyone else but himself. Have a concern or problem? Too bad. You have no one to go to because there is no true HR department. This is the most corrupt Human Resources department I've ever seen. No one is held accountable for their actions. Advice: boozing up the clients and advertising to job candidates that the client they're interviewing for loves to party isn't the best form of business. You can offend a lot of people in the professional world.

Pros

I have been gone for several months now and have had time reflect on the experiences I had at MCG. I made some good friends while there.

Cons

This was the most stressful position I ever had in regards to stability. The turnover was crazy and I can count on one hand the people that are still at MCG that were there when I started. After the company went from one to two owners morale dipped and the owner who got the company had no business sense. He would encourage us to stay in the office during lunch to work and have us expense lunches, rather than encourage us to take candidates out to lunch. He is big on throwing money at a problem to solve it rather than getting to the root cause. Candidates did not want to talk to me when they found out I was a recruiter with MCG, sad really.

Pros

There are two doors to exit the building.

Cons

80% of the staff has turned over in 6 months. The company is poorly ran and the minute you walk in the door there will be a target on your back.
