Pros

You receive warehouse pricing on their products (if their products are of interest to you).

Cons

Their ad claims that they will pay between 40k-60k for HR jobs. I am here to tell you that that is totally false. The most I have heard them pay anyone, including those in the office, is $15/hour. They have you work in the warehouse until they find room for you in their office (there isn't any). They treat you like a criminal. Every move you make is questioned and you have to tell at least 3 people you are even going to the bathroom. There are NO HEALTH BENEFITS. No time off, nothing. The owners protect the sexual harassment that goes on and will fire you for any reason they can find. The environment is emotionally abusive and top management only looks out for those that come from the same community as them. There is no respect and absolutely no room for growth. I would only consider taking any position if you are sincerely desperate for money and even then, prepare yourself.

Pros

Work days went by fairly quickly

Cons

Complete lack of organization, divisive and hostile mentality toward employees characterized by a complete and utter distrust of anyone and everyone, worst morale I have ever seen, inability to communicate effective policy or operation changes on any level, a CEO who thinks displaying a sense of urgency by recklessly and dangerously flying around in a forklift picking up unpalletized objects which then fall to the floor and break everywhere is an effective means of motivating team members. Lastly, a comically high emphasis on safeguarding against petty theft but, ironically, a company so horribly inept they are unable to properly compensate employees for actual hours worked--effectively guilty of the very thing (theft) they try so hard to prevent.

Pros

friendly people, free lunch on Fridays, provided water for the employees.

Cons

I just have to let everyone know what kind of place you are dealing with. I was forced to work around people who vape. I had an incident where someone blew vape smoke directly into my face and eyes, and got in my airways that made me very sick!!! It immediately caused issues for me. If that ain't bad enough ,it kept happening 4 times after. People are suppose to blow the vapes upward, or downward, but instead blows it straight out without even realizing what they are doing! Told 6 people on 5 different occasions! They did absolutely nothing about it! Told me they really couldn't do anything about it since there are allowed to vape inside the building!!! I have to get stuck in an area where I'm side by side next to them with no escape. Had this smokers cough for over a month now, and I don't smoke! It's only getting worse! It got so bad that I went to the ER,and had a chest Xray done! No infection , no bronchitis . Told me it was caused from over exposure from the vaping. My airways flared up because someone blew smoke down my airways!!! BS!!! Even told HR and didn't take me seriously till now. Still no resolution to what they did to me. Still allowed to vape! Scott told me that vaping doesn't cause issues like this, like he is a doctor! It still is smoke, and still has nicotine and is still considered 2nd hand smoke! When someone blows it in your airways ,it becomes a health hazard! All about them. To make matters worse,i had a doctors note to keep me away from the vaping. The doctor strongly agrees that the vaping got me sick. They ignored the doctors note and threw me back in the packing area!!! Unprofessional! I am planning to file a complaint against them for getting me sick, and may file charged against them. My X-ray speaks for itself! They never took me seriously when t could of been avoided if they just would of done the right thing!!! Vaping should not be allowed in work places especially when you have non smokers in the building and should make a work place a normal work environment! I now have spent over $200.00 in medications from this, and have a hospital bill ill have to pay including X-rays!!! I will be filling a complaint and all they have done is try to deny the issues and cover up their mistakes! Try to make it all about them! They caused me a lot of grief and I am still coughing very badly! I ended up having to quit just to get away from all the harmful fumes that has caused me to get sick! Hope they are happy with themselves!! Lets see how they feel when someone blows fumes down their throat!!!
