Pros

Midwest Manufacturing was a fun and rewarding work place. The company culture was just what I was looking for. You are rewarded for working hard and you make a difference every day. I will miss working here.

Cons

The company has some interesting policies at times on purchasing, but once you get the hang of it is fine. They like to keep their money internal, so if you can get the part through one of the parent company you must.

Benefits are alright, and Instant Profit Sharing is awesome. Hours aren't bad either, weekends are optional for full-time employees.

Cons

A lot of changes have been coming down from above. Upper management starting to micromanage the building.
