Great People who are passionate about the bereavement industry. A rewarding career in educating and preparing families for their final arrangements.

Cons

Company going through massive changes since being bought by a larger corporation. It has created somewhat of a chaotic culture, with employees trying to adjust to new rules and guidelines.

Best On the Job Training! A lucrative field. Great corporate/Managerial staff and love the open door policy.

Cons

Wish they provided a gas stipend to the counselors. Must use your own vehicle for the job.
