      They focus on growing their employees internally so there is lots of opportunities for furthering education and growth. They are privately, family-owned so they genuinely care about their residents, employees, and business.

      Benefits are good, pay is average. work locations are convivial.

      Cons

      Building Managers too scared of losing their jobs to do their job, therefore they tend to micro manage ALL employees answerable to them. Upper management not checking reasons for high manpower turn over.
