Pros

Co-workers and direct managers were nice enough.

Cons

So many. There really isn't anything good I can say about this company. They claim to be a fundraising organization for non-profits which by legal definition is true. what they don't tell you is this job is all telemarketing in the name of charity when only a small percentage of the money raised goes to the non-profits they represent. As an employee I was told to make people say yes, to always force close, and to ignore any reason someone gave for not donating as a lie and an excuse. After two weeks my conscience got to me. It's a great job if you're a sociopath with no real skill.

Pros

Guaranteed 40 hours every week, incentives, friendly, great employees/Co-workers, games.

Cons

Not all employees are treated equally, some employees receive special treatment above others. We literally harass and hound the clients for donations. Working Holidays, No way to earn overtime or make up any time you may have missed on a regular 40 hour week.

Pros

Cool coworkers but thats it.

Cons

Raising money for fake nonprofits. Donations are non tax deductible which is first red flag. If you need money just to get by go to a fast food chain. This is robbing people of their money. If you dont believe me research their "nonprofits." HUGE SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Management has little man syndrome.
