Pros

They are organized and professional. They have a variety of school locations to choose from. I feel very prepared after going through their orientation. They gave me an opportunity to go out to one of their schools to shadow a teacher. I can't wait to start. They have full and part time positions.

Cons

There main office is pretty far away.

Pros

Great to get experience teaching at all grade level.

Cons

Full-time, consistent work is very limited. Its not a 40-hour week job. There is no benefits offered to uncertified teachers. No advance notice of work, you call called only 1-hour before having to be at a school to work. The management team changes often and the districts they are contracted with is also very limited.
