Compensation is above average compared to other telecom companies, great benefits and 100% of our insurance. definitely a growing company with lots of potential. tried to get me to stay but had family issues

Cons

It would be great if management was out in the field more often. Sometimes I don't think they understood what we do out there. Bonus could be more too.

Great hours, lots of overtime, and good per diem rate. Fun work too. I'm currently doing a project at the Super Bowl stadium!!!

Cons

Sometimes being away from home can be hard, but the pay, benefits, and stability are worth it.

Really care about well being. Trying daily to make MUTI a great place to work. Love it here. Good growth potential if you want to have a career.

Cons

Could offer more benefits (onsite lunch options, etc.) I liked the lunch and learns we used to do.
