Pros

The pay was so so. Some manager's were nice but carried fake characteristics.

Cons

There are so many con's I could write a ten page essay on this place. You'll see a lot of people get fired. They just did a large firing last month at least 30+ people lost their job. Then they brought in Teph Seal to do their detail's and the MAG detailer's lost their job. They did this to save money. Don't worry about the people you laid off they don't have bill's or anything. If you can't afford to keep employees that actually do a great job then what's the point in owning a company? The owner isn't a very nice guy, he treats his employer's like they're worthless. While he collects in the millions he likes to write negative email's to employees just to let them know that they're low life's. He will cut your pay because his lifestyle is to important. I saw him scream profanity at a new employee in front of a customer. I mean why not? That makes you look good. People work in fear, it's just terrible to watch and witness. There is actual good people there that have family to care for. If the employee's were treated better they will treat customer's better. The customer's will come back and will recommend this to their friends.

Pros

None what so ever. Cars are interesting, but the owner is so out of touch with reality its a wonder he is still in business

Cons

Long hours , exhausting environment, constant threats for good employees. Cut pay plans without notice if you "sell too much and make too much", which of course means you're making the owner more money. One time he was quoted by several employees as saying "he's not changing his lifestyle, so everyone else will have to" during a slow season. Rules by fear, not a rewarding company. Benefits are the most expensive over seen to date. Poor marketing plan, no loyalty to performers, bdc is a complete joke, odd rules such as no sunglasses, don't show your elbows, puma shoes that cost 160.00, buy your own uniforms (shirts are around 50 a piece) and business cards, pay a percent to use the crm, don't use styrofoam cups, no branded items (as in mc'ds or whatever company you bought lunch from , this includes drinks , assuming you get to leave for lunch, assuming you can afford it with the pay plan) within the line of site, because "I'm not giving them free advertising", revolving door for sales managers and service employees, unrealistic goals that aren't based in the actual automotive market. Why try to sell high dollar cars for .0025% commission? Untrustworthy management, fake personalities.
