1. Exposure to all facets of supply chain (warehouse, transport, planning, inventory, network etc.) 2. Friendly and open culture, flat organization 3. Steep learning curve at all levels 4. Work life balance is decent compared to other consulting firms

Cons

1. Not suitable for people who cant deal with ambiguity 2. Mgmt support can be missing when required 3. Lack of brand in the market

Great projects to work on. Hands on work and interaction with clients even at consultant level

Cons

Different salaries for people from different B-Schools although the title, work contribution is the same. huge bias towards IIM / IITs in terms of salary and project allocation irrespective of the quality of work

- Brand-name isnt the greatest.. always the underdog - Growth of income isnt as much as in other consulting companies
