      Pros

      Pros is they just hire you but actually that is also a con. Because they will eventually fire you.

      Cons

      This is the worst company you can work for, in my tenure with this dysfunctional company I saw 16 people fired from new to old. They do not have respect for anyone career. Check on linkedin all the past people and see how they treat there new and old staff. Moreover they have a 6 month probation which gives them leverage to hire and fire.

      -You are expected to be working OT or else you’d be frowned upon. -Still work at the office even during covid and while the work can be done from home. -Very micromanage type of environment, management looking at your metrics twice a day. -Long probation period, 6 months. -Unethical recruitment process (just like any other temp agency I assume), only care about closing deals. -Very comission based, don’t expect to make whatever they tell you on your first 3 years. -Outdated ATS system. -HIGH TURNOVER, seen people come and go during my short period in there.
