      Pros

      It was my first workplace and a good start where I could learn a lot and my initiatives were welcomed. I had a nice manager Alex who was supportive and knowledgeable in my field.

      Cons

      There were literally no benefits when I worked for Mifort and salaries were a bit moderate.

      Great partners and projects, but very poor internal management

      Pros

      Nice external partners and projects. Professional, well-organized teams, interesting tasks, and solid work processes on the client side.

      Cons

      Internal management is completely disorganized. You can be assigned to a project without a manager or clear requirements. The biggest issue — salary delays. My payment was delayed for a month, and I only received it after sending a formal contract termination notice. Before that, I was ignored and kept getting empty promises.
