Okay first of all I laughed HARD at the other review saying that the CEO and COO are total bros, because it's so true. Also the CMO when I was employed was sociopathic, manipulative, extremely shallow, and just didn't treat people well at all. If you challenged or didn't conform to his agenda, he figured out a way to let you go. This happened to more than one long-term employee that I know of.
There was a very tangible feeling that the higher-ups in the company cared WAY more about the brand's image and aesthetic more than the actual employees. And the more you fit into their aesthetic, the more they liked you.
Didn't seem very organized as a company. Had the tendency to start on new ideas/projects before current projects were fully dialed in. Basic ideas like expanding colors for the product line took literal years to actually implement.
