Pros

The average employee is a good person and fun to be around.

Cons

The management is hard to work with, no guidance or help, they take big raises but you'll never get one. Lots of issues with a company being run on no startup experience. There are also no career advancement opportunities and the turnover is really high.

Cons

CEO and COO are Total bros Rest of leadership team are all former fortune 500 executives. They know everything. Employees know nothing You'll take a bunch of "employee surveys" but results will not be acted on People of color and LGBTQ community were first to be let go, fyi

Pros

A few free products at time of hiring, product discounts after that. Customer base was pretty great when I started. Felt good to work for a company that was actually trying to make a positive difference in the world with the money they made.

Cons

Okay first of all I laughed HARD at the other review saying that the CEO and COO are total bros, because it's so true. Also the CMO when I was employed was sociopathic, manipulative, extremely shallow, and just didn't treat people well at all. If you challenged or didn't conform to his agenda, he figured out a way to let you go. This happened to more than one long-term employee that I know of. There was a very tangible feeling that the higher-ups in the company cared WAY more about the brand's image and aesthetic more than the actual employees. And the more you fit into their aesthetic, the more they liked you. Didn't seem very organized as a company. Had the tendency to start on new ideas/projects before current projects were fully dialed in. Basic ideas like expanding colors for the product line took literal years to actually implement.
