Pros
We have a great group of field employees, as well as office & management staff. As we continue to grow, we are committed to the development of our employees - in their personal lives as well as work. We are striving towards a work-life balance for employees across the board, which means staffing up in order to lessen the burden on our workforce!
A "pro" for me personally is that I enjoy meeting all the different personalities, watching them grow and expand on their skillsets. We are developing a strong operations side of the business, and I believe that ultimately, it will result in a positive force. Our operations personnel truly believe in a happy, productive workforce where all work as a team. To be a part of that and watch the development is a definite plus for me.
We have established our Core Values, which state that we are:
--People of Integrity . . . doing what we said we would do
--Dedicated Stewards . . . of your trust and resources
--Intensely Competitive . . . seeking win-win-win - for our employees, our clients & the company
--Relentlessly Efficient . . . in all that we do
Words to live by!
My other personal "pro's" are that I live 15 minutes away; my hours are somewhat flexible; our office dress is more on the business casual line; and we have a fun administrative staff!
Cons
Implementing our Core Values and developing our culture does not happen overnight. Until we can truly change the way our employees view the company, we will continue to have turnover.
Everyone should have a voice - be honest, and not afraid to speak up. We can't grow unless we have feedback - positive or negative.
