The environment is very friendly, and you feel like part of a family. Management was super flexible with time off. Coworkers were great, loved the job itself. Amazing treatment from CEO's.

Cons

Fixed, low wage. No raises or performance reviews. Your schedule is primarily based on who you're replacing, so if you work 5 days per week, it can be hard to have your schedule adjusted. Little to no employees have Mon-Fri
