Pros
The pay for a project manager was reasonable when considering base pay and bonuses. Work atmosphere was relaxed, sometimes.
Cons
Executives were very disconnected, and Mr. Christian was well known for berating those in his employ, making liberal use of the 'crack the whip' or 'motivate with fear' mentality. Employees, even in the upper echelons were expendable, and their jobs were constantly dangled before their faces as the carrot by which to motivate them. It was a poor place to have worked. Being salaried, and working nearly every Saturday was expected, without regard to comp time.
