Pros

Salaries are given on time. if you want to work for 12+ hours 6 days a week then this is the right place for you.

Cons

Management will ask you to come to office on most of the holidays/festivals so essentially there are no holidays. But few guys in the management team are allowed to skip office. They will crib about taking leaves. Work is not that good, the team is small and no one is more than 2 years experience other than CTO. Also, Money is very less with 0 or no benefits. CEO is never in the office and if he is then he will be sleeping most of the time. COO also doesn't do a lot he just reads all the sports news from morning to evening. CTO is short-tempered, will shout at you if you make any mistake but no appreciation for good work. They will appreciate only 1 person who is from there college. Management is really bad.

Pros

Nothing that I can mention here

Cons

Very bad working environment, No leave no personal life, six days full working which is again complete time pass. Ego of TL to CEO is on top of everything regardless of work. They don't trust to anyone, also they don't respect employee they treat employee like more than slave. They suspect employee on each good work done by him/her. They are making Rubbish product by name of AI. There is nothing like AI, only Data entry stuff is there. No increament, even you wouldn't find your self to switch the job once you getting into this so called company. Worst company I have ever seen. They are assigning task to employee which is not related to his/her area of work, your area of work assigns to other. If you will do some good changes they you will be on gun point of your upper management. Please refer bottom last review for further knowledge, that review is 100% correct.

Not recommended at all. Don't get lured by 'AI' and 'Robotics'

Pros

None. Formerly called 'Emotix'. Search for it to read more reviews.

Cons

A personally owned family business mindset with an unsaid 'master and servant' attitude. One has to be at their beck and call 24x7 and do whatever is asked. Overall a very detrimental place to work at; growth (skills and financials both) and work stress levels. Do not buy into 'India's first robotics with AI'. That's what 's sold prima facie to 1) gain traction with the investors 2) hire cheap by positioning as an unusual opportunity and 3) driving sales to unsuspecting customers. Most of the claims are untrue and quite non existent. You just have to look for customer reviews to find validation, although they keep deleting it. - Work environment : Very long hours. Will demand you to be available after offfice, all nighters, most holidays in the name of release. Even national holidays! But waste a lot of time initially due to lack of planning. Everything is done last minute. All work is ad-hoc. Even the founders or the top management dont do any quarter/ annual goal setting for product. They simply have no vision besides one meant for an investor pitch or a talk show. At max one has a week or two week plan which keeps changing ad-hoc. Very small team, all full of freshers a lot of them are interns so there is no scope to learn by observation. It's still a college startup run from a coffee shop in its approach, even after 5 years. If you are good at what you do, you'll find yourself pulling everyone's weight and made accountable for everything, getting shouted at for any ups and downs. A hierarchy doesnt exist, only because the team is really small. Not due to intention. The treatment is infact worse as there is no trust on their own employees. Neither do they care about anyone's well being. - Work culture and job satisfaction : It sells a lie, there is no 'AI'. It's all data entry work. No machine learning, nothing. You will be loaded with work which may or may not be related to your job profile. A very average work delivery is acceptable even encouraged. No drive for quality. Patchwork is the motto of the company. Major fights between teams during or after any release, such atmosphere is encouraged. Very secretive from top down. No team knows what the other team is working on even if on the same project. Communication between teams are discouraged and a very strong blame culture. - Culture and employee benefits: No benefits and a very hushed culture. Also, the salary structure is one of the worst you will come across. The break up is not very useful for an employee to avail any tax benefits. No medical insurance although they have promised it since long. Leaves are just 8 and that too is mostly spent working. No sick leave. Even if you get Saturdays you can find yourself working on most of them. They will count your hours to the minute and calculate your effectiveness and efficiency. Will shout and demean you of any mistake but never appreciate. Most positive review thats listed, have been arranged/ written by the top management themselves.
