• Fun coworkers and good teamwork, people tend to make friends easily here • Makes decent money depending on the role • Some managers are generally helpful • Occasional busy shifts so time goes by quickly • A lot of regulars who are generally fun and easy to talk to
Cons
• Can be a hostile and high stress environment • Managers seem to pick favorite employees so it can be hard to move up in roles • No longer allows double shifts • High turnover rates • Managers lack accountability when at fault • Get written up for smallest things, even when discussed about prior • Managers don't respect other jobs or obligations and can be hard to work with
