      Fast process, very kind HR manager

      A bit disorganized -- when they moved me onto the technical assessment, they called me back and basically said "nevermind, the team just hired someone and i didn't know that." basically interviewed for nothing lol

      Pros

      Small company with a family environment. You get to know everyone well.

      Cons

      Limited resources means people are expected to work 10+ hours every day and even then the company still can not meet delivery requirements. Nepotism is prevalent.
