Pros

Working at Mile Marker can be a rewarding experience. One of the standout positives is the empowering environment where I'm not micromanaged. This autonomy allows for creativity and innovation, making it easy to share ideas and contribute to the team's success. The potential for growth here is remarkable, especially with the right team members onboard. Our current CEO exemplifies great leadership qualities, being very hands-on and approachable, which fosters a strong sense of collaboration.

Cons

There are areas where we could improve. Communication within the team needs some attention, as does our overall unity and support for one another. Addressing these aspects could take our company to the next level.

Pros

The coworkers are great and the company worked on a lot of cool projects with some very cool vehicles. But most of the project die before the payoff hits and money is spent in all the wrong places

Cons

The CEO is running the company into the ground. Stealing IP from other companies. Most of upper management has quit at this point. The only good reviews for the current CEO (Justin) are because he sent out an email begging for good reviews on September 24th. All justin wants is yes men and doesn't want to hear anyone's ideas but his own sent back to him. The company is over 1.5 million in the red as of October. Don't join this company unless you want to look for another new job in the next 6 months
