Pros

Mercedes-Benz break down often and are expensive to maintain, so the small commission plan does work for the expensive services that are charged.

Cons

No training, horrible health plan, and miserable customers. Annual reviews never happen, turnover is complete - every position has a new person in it, and not thru promotion.

Pros

Nice office location, some of the people were very nice and helpful

Cons

There is legitimately ZERO days of paid time off within your first year, right off the bat the company wants you to live and die in the office. Old technology, where you are taught to just boast the good numbers and delete the rest. Literally ZERO innovation. Every campaign is exactly like the last, each month, each year, no changes. Even the copy in most ads stays exactly the same. It's more like turning out ads, this is a joke of a marketing department. Everyone is in a clique and you're most likely not going to fit in, or secretly hear people talking about you behind your back. You'll be working much more than 40 hours because no one else is trained outside of their individual position. No room for improvement unless someone leaves the company. If you file for sexual harassment, nothing will happen.

Pros

Other low totum coworkers that become more of a family. Because like a family when management and high ups come down on anyone the family sticks together.

Cons

Working for this place the last 5 years was what I thought was the best experience of my life. I over performed did more than what was expected of me and was only getting minimal wage. This company touts about how much they appreciate the employees but actions speak louder than words. They don't care. This company only cares about numbers and quotas. They make you feel special from what they say until the moment of what they do that completely ruins and changes your life. This billion dollar company wants to force a workforce downsize on employees that deserve to be treated better because these employees are the ones that work the hardest and have more to lose. This company wants to save money so they can afford to buy another dealer or so another high paid manager that they dont need can get a raise or bonus. They barely rarely give bonuses or equal to fair pay to the actual in trench hard workers. It's a joke. Dont work here. And if you already do GET OUT and save yourself the heartache and stress. This place will eat you alive. They don't care. When they decided to cut my job they acted like they cared and told me for better opportunities they threw a list of jobs at me completely out of my talent, out of way from where I lived, and at a completely lower rate of pay. And expected me to be grateful that they offered me a job. They dont pay fair wages or give raises because they but the best lawyers and the best hr psycho analysts and linguist to make every thing sound good and to make you sound like you are the wrong one. They are morally backwards and this company one day will fail by the fault of there own. There are people and family out there that they completely destroyed and will never give anyone another look if they can save a dollar.
