Even the copy in most ads stays exactly the same. It's more like turning out ads, this is a joke of a marketing department. Everyone is in a clique and you're most likely not going to fit in, or secretly hear people talking about you behind your back. You'll be working much more than 40 hours because no one else is trained outside of their individual position. No room for improvement unless someone leaves the company. If you file for sexual harassment, nothing will happen.
