Front Desk Assistant at Milestone Physical Therapy
Pros
As a college student looking for a part time job surrounded in what I continue to study, my time at Milestone has over exceeded my expectations. I was welcomed to an amazing staff with a warm and kind presence, who was as well, educational and supportive towards my future goals. The management is not only thoughtful and considerate to the staff's lives outside of the workplace, but as well understanding and care for their clients whole heartedly. Any staff member will be there to answer your questions, and the team has a whole, are there for each other in guidance and support if need be. Overall, Milestone has set expectations as a staff member for future management I may encounter. It was such a privilege to have worked with an amazing management, and I so wish that I could have continued my work there, and I am very appreciative of the experience and support I have gained along the way!
Cons
Not cons, but what to expect: The following job could be best described as "Learn along the way". As related to healthcare, there are terminology, insurance plans, phone scripts, and learning how to use programs are acquired along the way. Customer/client service is a constant and there is regular patient contact in person and through phone. There will be guidance and help during this process!
