Don’t share anything about your personal life to anyone. They will take whatever they hear from anyone else but you and intentionally look over you for promotions and raises if it’s not directly tied to staying with the company. Communication is probably the worst out of anywhere I’ve ever worked at. Boss will say one thing to you then a completely different thing to someone else and turns out nothing he said to anyone is true and it’s completely changed.
