Cons
Toxic environment created from Head of Treasury, who directly deals with Blackstone, therefore expect Blackstone way of living. Long working hours expected, micromanagement and lack of organization between treasury teams, which makes extra work usual. The environment pushes colleagues to compete with each other and high pressure is put downwards the hierarchy. Feeling like to be in a hamster wheel, as never is enough. In the last 2 years 2 full teams left the company for the same reason, so expect high rotation. Company is growing too quick due to the funds pushed from Blackstone and employees can't keep on the rythm, and therefore leave before the year contract. Last but not least, HR is aware of the problem but are not willing to speak high and put a limit to this crazy situation, most probably because they have no power at all, so they prefer to leave the things roll and not get dirty if it does not affect them.
