      Leasing Agent-Arsenal 201

      Honestly none that I can think of.

      The #1 problem at the Arsenal 201 property is the management team. The management there didn't manage, they sat in their offices all day and only sent passive aggressive emails and IMs. If it wasn't for the other leasing agent there with me, who quit a short period after, I wouldn't have made it as long as I did. I dreaded going to work everyday after receiving several rude e-mails between the hours of 10PM-2AM. If i asked a manager for help, that manager would put it off to the other manager, and then that manager would either never get back to me, tell me they didn't know how to do it, or would ask me to wait the following day for the other leasing agent. Truthfully I've worked for one other company that I didn't enjoy, hence how I got here, but even then I'd never write a bad review about them. That's how awful this team is.

      Pros

      If you like cleaning up previous employees messes and being blamed for things out of your control, this is the place fore you! If you adore being micromanaged because previous employees were left unsupervised and ran projects into the ground, this is the perfect spot for you! If you like working with a corporate crew of superficial, lying, nepotistic children, this is the best place for you!

      Cons

      Everything. The company advertises a relaxed environment focused on strong “work families” and then they treat you like a number. They only care about the bottom line and lying to their residents. They encourage you not to speak with residents until absolutely necessary and they have a despicable corporate office. They work employees to death, encourage you to be accessible 24/7 and MAKE you install Outlook on your personal phone to have access to email on days off, volunteer any employees who live on property to do maintenance or babysit vendors off the clock WITHOUT PAY and give no warning if performance is under the mark it needs to be.
