You work with people you love. They become your friends for life. The training is intense, similar to hazing. However, the way MILK trains you really does set you up for the production, photo, fashion world.
Cons
Constant negative feedback, nothing positive. This is a tactic they use to keep current employees to stay in their company. How? By constantly telling you how much you "suck", you begin to subconsciously believe that since you "suck" at your job, that you cannot get a job anywhere else. DISCLAMIER: YOU CAN, AT A BETTER PLACE THAT WILL VALUE YOU. Environment is also negative. They barely let you take ANY BREAKS. EVEN FOR THE DAMN BATHROOM. Management gives you no incentive to grow there and stay there in the company. Don't give in to this place. LOTS OF LABOR LAWS BROKEN. NO OVERTIME AT ALL.
