Cons
Poor managerial leadership from director position down. Poor communication of expectations. Never got one performance review from current director. The sales department is prioritized and operations must adhere to their demands, which include unrealistic expectations that they promise to customers. Onsite manager doesn’t leave the office. Equipment is outdated and constantly breaking down. Owners son works for competitor and rumors are going around of the company being sold.
