      - Leadership team are all engineers and are very approachable - Receptive to new BD, Event and organization ideas from employees - Lots of employee gatherings - Good benefits for families of all sizes

      Entire company is made up of software / engineers so common interest across the employees everyone, including executives, work on contracts good company culture - lots of activities and interactions everyone pitches in to help with the company which creates a great sense of unity and pride

      Cons

      Minor growing pains of a small compan due to working on sub projects have to report to individuals outside the company
