Pros

You get to drive.

Cons

Although they say it is full time you are lucky to reach 34 hours a week. You must use your own vehicle and gas. Even though they provide a stipend of $3.15 hourly for gas compensation I end up spending more than that on gas and that does not consider oil changes and wear and tear and maintenance. I am actually making less than minimum wage working at this job. They schedule you for 8 hour work days but you only work about 7 hours during the week. On Saturdays you are scheduled to work until 5:30 but the shops close at 3:00 and you still put the same amount of miles on your vehicle. They will fire you if you call in sick or argue with you and are not nice to work for. If you happen to break down they will send someone to pick up the parts and leave you stranded. I have blown through over $3000.00 in repairs on my vehicle and now and barely able to pay bills. If something happens I am up the creek without a paddle. Major drawback is that if you have a "backup" day you are required to be available to be called in so you cannot make plans to go anywhere. Schedule changes every week and you never know if you are going to get 30+ hours or a measly 20. No one can support a family with this type of job and it seems that they just use people until their vehicle explodes and replace them. In my opinion companys like this should not exist. It only promotes an attitude of worthlessness and can contribute to an accident.
