      Burn you out then spit you out

      Pros

      You can move up is you're a suck up.

      Cons

      This place is nothing but a revolving door. You get lied to when you start about position and the money you'll make. You start with 0 training. Then they get you to burn yourself out by lying to the customer to get them to say yes to free tablets, that aren't free, and con you to get shotty Directv and this overhyped security service called Digital life. They are ran buy this family that sit on thier butts and tell you what to do like they've worked a hard day in their lives. They hire naive people who have no clue whats they're doing. They even try to be tricky by not calling the business on here what they call it in real life MWT wireless. If you like to deal with customers that have been lied to, than this is the perfect place to work for a month or two.

      Promises made but never executed on

      Pros

      Meet some great people that will be lifelong friends. Biweekly paycheck. There are not any more pros but I have to have 20 words for this section.

      Cons

      People get promoted who don't deserve it but get it because they are well liked by the owners which brings down morale in stores because most know how they got the promotion. The people who deserve the promotions get made to feel like all the good things they did are crap. Shady sales practices that the owners are aware of and don't stop. Having a payables department that does not return emails or calls when the checks are messed up by her doing. Outrageous quotas knowing the managers won't make any money but are required to work open to close everyday they work. Absolutely no work/life balance in any way, if you have a family or kids expect to see them in the morning and asleep once you get home. Paying peanuts but expecting the impossible.

      you get 40% off accessory's

      Cons

      One Hr person who does not answer phone very very unprofessional offered me a position they could not fulfill but i was informed of this after i was recruited from a position that was paying more I promise this company is not ready for any new employees you will quit within 90 days
