Pros

- company car / allowance - private healthcare

Cons

Toxic environment, management needs a serious restructuring. They need to learn how to talk to people with respect. Morale is low, and colleagues are coming and going like a revolving door yet no one looks at why! Shocking environment

Pros

Basic salary is good, the houses are okay.

Cons

Commission is a grey area, nothing outlined in black and white for structure, they pay you what they feel like. Working drawings are embarrassing and commercial team take 3 weeks to respond with quotes for customers. Constantly break the law, CML plots 24 hours before completion. Embarrassing handing over to customers so many issues. Build always slips by 2 or 3 months but they will pull plots forward by months too and expect site to wave a magic wand to hit targets. Don’t care about their customers at all and how it affects them.
