      clean restrooms and good building management

      Cons

      poor financial controls. inexperienced management. Japanese Ownership and instituting Japanese work culture. Treat women very poorly. No chance for advancement and low pay.

      Everyone is nice on the surface.

      Cons

      Horrible management at all levels. Senior executives send their time micro-managing everyone, including entry level employees. Little to no room for growth.
