Small business where everyone feels like they play an important role, and are appreciated for their contributions. Flexibility and 'fun' oriented. Great location.
Cons

Pros
The company is growing, does interesting work for Federal clients all over the country, and has lots of senior engineers and designers to learn from. The Leadership Team is very connected to the day to day business. The company is big enough to matter and make a difference for our government while still being small enough to feel like a family.
Cons
None so far, like all companies, there are areas for improvement, but nothing I would consider a con.
