Pros

Associates have opportunities to learn and grow in their position; management works hard but always takes time for fun conversation and a chance to share a moment; an executive team that takes time to update Associates on the status of the company; on-going efforts to make Associates feel appreciated and offer options to participate on a variety of committees.

Cons

Separated from each other by floors and walls

We appreciate your input and will continue to provide opportunities to socialize with each other. Always looking for more ways to engage and encourage all Associates to share their ideas with their manager(s) and our Making People First Committee.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great Opportunity loved this job.

Cons

Co-workers can fabricate anything on you and the company will believe it and fire you for no cause within the first six months, Human Resources only answers emails they feel like emailing, there is a lot of ignoring.

Your open and honest feedback is appreciated and noted. It is our practice to keep lines of communication open in all departments. If a timely response has not been received, doors should be open in all departments. Collaboration is important across the board. Working well with each other consistently is key to the employee, team and company's success.
