      Its an Experience in the waste management field.

      Cons

      If you like your boss screaming at you out of frustration "this is the job for you." If you like working with racist Caucasian men... If you dont want your supervisors to ever acknowledging your presence in a room... If you dont want to be treated like a human being... If you want to be subjugated bullied, belittled, and occasionally work with drug addicts...this is definetly the job for you.
