      MillerMusmar is a firm that genuinely values quality, client service, and continuous improvement. Over the past year, I’ve seen great strides in how the firm empowers its team members whether through leadership opportunities on engagements, exposure to a diverse nonprofit client base, or the chance to contribute to internal initiatives like content development or process optimization. The firm has embraced tools like Canopy to improve workflow, and it's encouraging to see leadership support thoughtful implementation that benefits both productivity and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Like many public accounting firms, the workload can fluctuate during busy season. Expectations are high, but they're paired with meaningful responsibility and trust. The firm is growing, and as with any growing firm, there are still opportunities to improve structure, especially around scheduling and workflow balance.

      Miller Musmar CPA's as an excellent mid sized CPA firm, which specials in , accounting, taxes, consulting, advisory and financial planning and a great place to work, with a diversified and experienced staff. The firm prides itself as a firm that has a responsive team with timely service, cooperative team, experieced staff and mangers and a competive fees.

      Cons

      We present to our clients the facts and let them make an informed decision, we help them acheive their goals with a clear plan for the short , medium and long term goals and targets and the firm is not rubber stamp entity where the clients are told what they like to hear and not be presented with the facts , and this firm believes in an interactive approach and clients can get the best of it by being able adapt, learn and grow and be the most successful they can be.
