Pros

Good relationships with co workers. Decent pay.

Cons

Modified DuPont schedule ( flipping nights to days after every time off). 12 hour shift. Chaotic work environment. Lack of awareness from management. High turn around at every level. Progression has went by the way side with management changes. Benefits aren't really beneficial Too many salary employees making decisions for production that makes it a little worse. Transferring to different departments is almost unheard of. Lack of trained operators which causes required overtime schedules. Hazardous work environment with shotty equipment. Not enough maintenance, which causes operators to fix it ourself. Production has lost all incentives to come in on overtime with new management.

Pros

Pay, OT opportunities abound. Every other weekend off

Cons

High turn over in production. Almost zero chance of transferring to another department. No scholastic opportunities. Employees are compartmentalized into the company chosen role; no regard for previous experience or talents.

Pros

There are no pros in the 14 years I was there.

Cons

I could go on and on about how horrible of a company they are.
