      Pros

      They provide you with the equipment and the payments are made on time.

      Cons

      They never raised the payments in almost 2 years. They never had an internal growing path for employees. They never understand that you may not have internet connection or power, you have to make up those hours even if you show them a proof from your internet provider. The commissions tiers are not public, so you never know if you are getting something or not or how much. You can have up to 5 min of inactivity in your screen in the day, so if you need to go to the wc, make sure it takes less than that. For the ones who work 40 hours including Sundays, there is no extra payment. They had internal calls to have "promotions" but with the same salary

      Pros

      They have good engagement activities with employees, overall all the staff is very nice and they help you if needed. The benefits they offer as free time, education and health bonuses are really good.

      Cons

      They constantly monitor you, they ask for you to don't go to the bathroom very often otherwise you will have to recover that time - it does not matter if you are a women in your period, for example. They can fire you whenever they want without any notice and they were often delayed with payments. Also, there are no opportunities to have a competitive salary or have a career path in the company, they tend to shut down every person who is slightly interested in having a raise or changing their position.

      Great challenging environnent for people that like to learn new skills and be exposed to several different technologies

      Cons

      Toxic work environnent Unfair compensation Management doesn't know how to lead teams The contract is bogus and illegal 0 work stability you can be fired and won't get any kind of severance Only 5 days vacations a year paid that won't be taken in to account when you are fired to be paid The company is dishonest
