Amazing team, everyone pulls together to achieve goals. Easy going, fun, friendly. Flexible workplace, work from home when there's bad weather. Good tools and resources provided. Great benefits package. Room to learn the position, then make it your own. A good amount of autonomy once you prove you can do your job well. Fun team socials Ability to pursue interests and learning in other parts of the company
Cons
There is always more work than time, therefore it is essential for you to set your own work-life balance boundaries. Sometimes training is not as thorough as it could be. This is something they are actively working on though.
