Pros

Nice building. Good working environment with well supported equipment. Nice people for the most part.

Cons

This place has always been a boys club and If you are not in the "club" you will be ostracized. It's just like high school. There has been an increasing amount of incompetence over recent years that outsiders do not see, thus forcing the company to ride the coat tails of its reputation alone. Management does not see the incompetence, is not supportive of those that do, and turns its back on those most loyal to the company. Do not get too comfortable.

Pros

great coworkers, clients, and location

Cons

this satellite office was a pretty great place to work until early 2025, when it came under absolutely rotten new management. they began retaliating against this incredibly talented team after folks began pushing back and/or raising the flag to HR about the implementation of detrimental business practices that negatively impacted both staff and clients. for example, several folks requested continued flexibility and accommodations for medical issues and childcare (which had always been the norm). this key aspect of work life balance was denied. soon, employees began getting demoted to part-time, quit, or even fired for speaking up about countless reasonable concerns. this resulted in the turnover of roughly HALF of the original team in less than 6 months. what was once a creative and exciting place full of opportunity is now a pathetic shell of what it once was. thoughtful discourse has been snuffed out - quiet compliance is now the only way to keep your job. i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

A miserable place to work.

Pros

Pay and benefits are pretty good. It feels great when you give your two week notification.

Cons

Nepotism and scapegoating by management has led to a toxic work environment. Operations are a complete mess and the hard working people in events, post and production keep it all afloat while managers, producers, and accounts consistently drop the ball. Project management is a joke. Zero accountability. No quality control. Terrible culture.
