Relaxed dress, good kick start job

Cons

PTO is your sick time, doctor visits, taking care of sick kids and if you have time - maybe a vacation, in office 5 days, insurance expensive.

Pros

Decent work-life balance, and great events for employees. Not everyone there is indecent, and some people have respect for you.

Cons

Some toxic employees, brought to the attention of the President and there was nothing done. Horrible PTO and the benefits are bottom of the barrel. The pay is low, but there is something new on your plate every day. The amount of work there is to do does not equate to the amount of pay received. Discrimination is heavy here. This place is a revolving door, so many people came and go during my time here. (That should be a sign) And lastly, there is no growth.
