Literally nothing is good! I love all the people who work for the company. Other than that, sorry, nothing can be pros.

Cons

I had the worst working experience in Milo. The company does not appreciate what you have done for them. The employee turnover rate is very high. Since I came to this company, I have been seeing people come and leave. The policies are always changed in order to control every activity of the employees. Poor compensation, poorly managed. Work culture? Don't even imagine the work culture here. Think three times before you decide to work here. The management is rude and ignorant

- You will discover the bottom line of work environment - The experience will motivate you to find something much better - Your own methods and processes will definitely top the company's - You will learn to adapt to an illogical, disorganized, old-fashioned and ineffective workflow without any possibilities for change - You will meet great people having the same struggle

Cons

- The company will never value your hard work, skills or real potential. - Serious incoherence on what they say and do. - No open dialog for company feedback, no healthy communication (everything is top-down) - 0 growth opportunity within the company. - No intention of creating a good company culture...or an actual company culture. - Get ready for senseless tasks, 0 motivation, and weak performance. - You will probably feel cornered and eventually be dismissed the next day without notice and for no strong reason at all.

- Small Company and you can change things very fast - There were some very nice and friendly co-workers (but most of them left the company already)

Cons

- Processes are changed weekly, no consistency - Policies are changed weekly, no consistency - No paid breaks and no flexibility in work time - Low-Quality Products - pretending to develop new products actually selling very old products with a new color - young management has no strategy - the culture is all about doing things fast without thinking about it properly
