Pros

Loved the staff and the management team. Great money.

Cons

Owner makes bad business decisions and doesn't care about a work-life balance. Fires people for no reason. Difficult to communicate with. Mandatory six days a week with 2-3 doubles.

Money can be good during high season

Cons

-Owner and management treat employees horribly. -Racist, rude, and entitled customers and managers. -Most staff older staff is rude and treats every one else like they're not part of the "club" - weeks of "training" before you start getting tips. Just an excuse to have you work without tips

Never get positive feedback. No set schedule. No job security. They fire everyone with no notice. They hire everyday.
