MILSPRAY is a business that truly cares about the employee. Despite the success of the company through various global locations, it has the feeling of a small family. It was long awaited, but we finally have the person in charge who has aligned a strong Leadership team with specific goals for success. The majority of the personnel at MILSPRAY have been there for 5+ years, some over 10. There is a wealth of knowledge that is being used to target what made MILSPRAY successful and what will continue that success.
Cons
Due to individuals in leadership who are no longer employed here, the turnover rate was high in the past.
