Pros

Pro sports, sales workshops, phenomenal sports networking, it’s the NBA...soooo that’s a big deal.

Cons

Long hours, lots of time away from family/social life/ personal passions (but that’s the nature sports so don’t work in sports if you need those things all the time), you are micro managed even if you’re phenomenal at your job.

Pros

Work culture wise none, Attrition rate is high so may provide good hike for new hires.

Cons

This company has happiness as one of the tag for its work culture, Everywhere from hiring to the induction even to the Goal settings it has the Happiness as one of the keyword. But once some time has gone, then you start to realize that why this "HAPPY" word is getting promoted everywhere. Because this company is the farthest in that aspect. It is just a facade to mask the reality. Managers openly conveys in the Sprint meeting that devs should be ready to extend the work hours beyond normal working hours, because since we are working from home it should be easy and doable. So in nutshell the management has an attitude that providing work from home option to employees is a benefit from the company and in return the company has the authority to monopolize the employee time. And HRs, they are here for nothing, literally nothing. Once induction is done you won't be hearing from them ever. You can send all the mails, pings, tickets to the HR, they will miss it for anything in the world!

Pros

Fun atmosphere to work in from a marketing perspective. We were allowed to watch the last 10 minutes of each home game we worked -- with good seats too! A great part-time gig for full-time students.

Cons

Very limited (if any) opportunities to network with management; you're really just a number in this role.
