      The technology is amazing, and continued to be improved and innovative

      The culture and management from the Japanese is disgusting. You are not allowed to communicate with other staff members that are international.

      Great benefits. Well established company.

      Cons

      Very long hours and requires nearly 90-100% travel. Often doesn't recognized an employees true skill. Environment at times can be very toxic with employees working against each other rather than as a team. You are often expected to choose work over family.
