      Friendly co-workers, some snacks, limited parking provided, build your own monitor upon arrival (sarcastic), eager IT

      Cons

      Unprofessional Management, management of exact minutes of arrival to office. No feedback and inexperienced manager who does not communicate. In a startup world, flexibility is required. Company value says no micromanagement and the opposite was the first thing I noticed upon arrival
